Here we built five villas across five properties in Gottröra-Håsta, just outside Rimbo. The area sits in open farmland with forest at the edge of the plots, and every house got its own wooded site.
The houses came in two versions. The one-and-a-half storey house is around 138 m² with six rooms and a kitchen, four of them bedrooms, a wood stove, a fully fitted IKEA kitchen with natural stone mosaic, two tiled bathrooms, a utility room and mud room, and waterborne underfloor heating with a NIBE F730.
The single-storey villa is around 128 m² with five rooms and a kitchen, four of them bedrooms. Modern materials throughout: oak parquet, white painted walls, an IKEA Bodbyn kitchen with natural stone mosaic, two bathrooms with white tile and London floor tiles, and waterborne underfloor heating with a NIBE F370. Every house got a timber deck.
