Gottröraslingan

The plots sit quietly on Gottröraslingan in a new residential area directly behind Gottröra church. The location is easy to reach, with a bus stop on national road 77 between Uppsala and Norrtälje, and it is only 20 minutes north of Arlanda.

The surroundings are open farmland with fields, meadows and forest. It is family-friendly, with a preschool within walking distance, and Johannesberg golf course three kilometres away. Rimbo has shops, a swimming hall and schools. Approximate distances: Rimbo 13 km, Arlanda 25 km, Uppsala 35 km and Stockholm 65 km.

At Gottröraslingan 10 we built a single-storey villa with five rooms and a kitchen and around 128 m² of living area, on a 1,791 m² plot with a deck of roughly 50 m² and a carport with storage. At Gottröraslingan 26, a single-storey villa of about 134 m² on a 1,942 m² wooded plot. At Gottröraslingan 6, a one-and-a-half storey house with a raised wall line, six rooms and a kitchen including four bedrooms, around 138 m² on a 1,830 m² plot.
